Acceptance of Order:

Upon pickup, we will show you your order and verify that everything is correct. If there are any decoration adjustments needed, we will make those corrections immediately. Once the order leaves the building, acceptance of the order is implied.
We are not responsible for fixing any damaged product once it has left the premises.

Return Policy:

Changes in size and/or flavor on any custom cake order must be made 48 hours in advance of pickup time.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the retention any deposit paid to that point. Every order is handled on a case-by-case basis.
If there are issues with the quality of our products, those refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Photographic proof is required with any refund request.
